there's only three days left to get your advance passes for the sacramento french film festival via mail. otherwise, you'll have to go over to the alliance and pick up a pass. $75 for all films, both weekends, including the opening reception. they'll be 35 mm screenings of la haine and godard's weekend, both of which are rare treats.

didn't see anything this weekend, including la chinoise at kabinet. bob le flambeur is this sunday at 8pm.
