half nelson
half nelson opens at the crest this friday. jim lane reviews it for sn&r, which will be out on thursday. this is the first film in town that i've been interested in for a while so i figured i'd post about it. ryan gosling is a solid actor; did anyone see the believer. he's very impressive in that one. that's all i've got.

I didn't see "The Believer", but I did see "The United States of Leland" in which Gosling (and the entire film, really) is unbearably bad.
