blog libel
I've been reading a lot online this week and, in light of a recent chat with some CNPA lawyers, am more and more curious about slander and libel online (which, 99 out of 100 times is considered libel). For example, the recent spat over the dudes who make drink coolers and the owners of Old Soul coffee: Was Old Soul libled? Obviously, there was defamation involved and, in a print periodical, what they wrote could be prosecuted as libel.
It's something I'm going to look into. Of course, I'm not all that excited by all this lawyer shit, but it is engaging nonetheless.

YAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWNNNN!!! Why don't you talk about movies and sports instead of boring things?
Kinda busy today, but yeah, I know. A's will have a new manager by Friday, so that'll give me something.
And I'd write about the Denver-Oakland game, but c'mon ...
