FFT's bold presidential-election prediction
So, Super Fat Tsunami Tuesday is over. On the Democrat side, Sen. Obama won more delegates, though he trails Sen. Clinton in overall delegate count—but by less than 100.
On the GOP side, Sen. McCain lead the way, former Gov. Huckabee performed well and former Gov. Romney will stay in the race. But McCain's looking tough to beat.
So, who does FFT think will be sworn in come next January?
Why, none other than good ol' George W. Bush!!!
That's right: four more years!
Here's my take:
There won't be an election in November. Some sort of disastrous emergency will occur, the Bush administration will postpone the election, Congress will agree and, well, that'll be enough to keep Bush around at least through '09.
Yup, I know. It's sounds crazy. And nightmarish. But you read it here first: Bush will be our next president.
