two playa game hatin

last night i was at the bat cave and two playa game--evan and takeshi--were capturing .wavs of an old first-issue atari, which was cool to watch. they had a gig last night, thursday, in san jose; sunday at the press and wednesday at the library.

oh, you don't know about two playa game?

what's cool about what evan, from sacto, and takeshi, from sonoma county, do is that they capture analog sounds from video-game equipment and make fucking sick beats with them. you can hear some on myspace, or you can try to catch them every so often sunday nights at synthetic at the press.

i'm going to go over and try to understand more of what they're doing for an article. drinkin lots of columbian beans and sitting around waiting for capture cards and shit to rip--not your average band practice.
