blow out the candle, jesus

i celebrated christmas on the 23rd, yesterday, with my father's side of the family. the best part was when my dad's father-in-law brought out a cake that said "happy birthday jesus." he gave a speech, then everyone sang happy birthday and then a kid blew out the candle. then someone suggested that we all take our coats and sweaters off and stand out in the cold for one minute so that we can understand what it's like to be poor and homeless and out in the cold with no place to go.

this is why i never go to roseville.

I think you need to stand outside more than a minute to get the picture, plus most homeless dudes Ive seen are wearing coats.

YES! More jesus lovers! My mom sent her annual Christian CHRISTmas gift this year which consisted of a coffee mug...in case you didn't know (from your Dad's new fam??? WTF? They both married again???!?!?) life is in the coffee (it makes no sense to me either). Merry freakin' xmas.
