'Out of control' urinating pug ruins Migden staffer's 'custom' dog bag

BREAKING NEWS: San Francisco state Sen. Carole Migden’s legislative director, Rosanna Carvecho, plays softball for Majority Rules. Her team lost their game last Thursday in Tahoe Park. After the game, Carvecho also lost a custom canvas bag to an out-of-control urinating pug.

"Don’t think that you’re not going to pay for this,” Carvecho announced after the pug, Leroy, lifted his leg and squirted on a tan canvas bag, which had “Bailey,” the name of Carvecho’s dog, embroidered on it.

Leroy’s owner, who was not present during the hit, quickly showed up on the scene and offered to pay for the cleaning of the bag. According to officials at the local Petco, a cleaner called Nature’s Miracle can take out a dog urine stain and smell with one cleaning and costs less than $5.

But Carvecho demanded the owner pay $40 for the bag, which was “custom” and irreplacable. Leroy’s owner waffled but eventually coughed up 40 bucks

But that wasn’t enough for Carvecho. “Learn how to control your dog,” she barked at the owner. Unfortunately for bag owners everywhere, Leroy’s clinically deaf and unresponsive to commands.

Perhaps “Control your bag” is more appropriate …
