Holy crepe!
So the new creperie on K and 8th streets opens this Thursday.
The French dude running the joint used to operate a little crepe stand on the CSUS campus, where I snacked only once, I believe. My bro was a regular and vouches for its authenticity.
The new place looks quite promising. If there's one thing I like about crepes, it's a late crepe lunch in France. I'd usually have two crepes, a lunch and a dessert, and then with a friend split like three pitchers of delicious French cider. This is crepes served in the Brittany tradition, and it's the only way to go. I know you beer and wine folk will want to imbibe your bev of choice, but you really just have to swallow your pride and do the cider thing; it'll still get ya drunk, no worries.

yeah, i'm going to check it out on thursday for lunch. i'm told it's almost like a small crepe academy and a cafe/restaurant, so i'll report back thereafter.
"My bro was a regular and vouches for its authenticity."
Ahem, I think you have to be a NATIVE of France to vouch for its alleged authenticity.
